Claim your profileOver the years I've reported on pop music, video games, Disney, board games, graphic novels, films, television and craft beer. Essentially, I enjoy all-things pop-culture -- and craft beer. I have contributed essays to numerous books, including “Nirvana: An Illustrated History,” “SXSW Scrapbook: People and Things That Went Before” and “The Big Lebowski: An Illustrated, Annotated History of the Greatest Cult Film of All Time.” I am also featured in the documentary "The Damned: Don't You Wish That We Were Dead," directed by Wes Orshoski, and have appeared on numerous public radio shows, most often Jesse Thorn's "Bullseye" and WBEZ's "Sound Opinions." Additionally, I have been the featured monologue performer for Upright Citizen Brigade's Asssscat show, and used to regularly perform about town with an improv team (R.I.P.).
