As the author of "The Civilized Guide to Tabletop Gaming", I take on the roles of Martha Stewart and Ms. Manners for a community that may be characterized by con crud, gamer stink and table flipping. As a contributor and editor for Geek & Sundry, I champion fandom and geeky, speaking to audiences who both dominate the geeky community as well as representing the face of tabletop gamers not typically seen in the hobby. On YouTube, I help connect people to their hobby, giving them permission to invest in themselves and the relationships they value through the hobby of tabletop gaming. Whether that's showing gamers how to play new games, waxing philosophically about the industry, or painting minatures, my YouTube channel helps me reach the thousands of subscribers who want content that speaks directly to them and shows them a new way at looking at an old pasttime.
