Currently manning the stations 9:00am newscast, a new hour of local, lifestyle and unique news started in September 2022. I have produced the newscast since it’s debut, so far, creating a successful newscast mixed with local, hard news and the headlines around the state and nation, along with other stories viewers in the area care about. Unlike other newscasts at News 19, the 9:00am covers topics in the medical, tech, consumer and entertainment fields, among other areas of interest, all with dedicated segments throughout the hour. From informative to intriguing, News 19 at 9:00am brings an hour of news to North Alabama (and some parts of Southern Middle Tennessee) keeping viewers up to date with what’s happening in the community and world, but not just limited to courthouses and crime scenes.
