She firmly believes that, in order to ensure equal participation and equal opportunity at work, it is extremely important to curb discrimination and look at the law from an intersectional lens and equip all stakeholders to recognize any act which may point to inequality.She is an experienced POSH Lawyer and consultant in the field of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH) and in the space of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) across multiple sectors for industry stalwarts and individuals, offering Legal Consultancy, Advisory, Litigation support and Awareness and capacity building Trainings. Awareness is her forte and she is currently empanelled with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority, directly reporting to Additional District and Sessions Judges at the Central Office in Delhi as a legal counsellor in the recently constituted Central Panel. She works with the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) and ministries in the abuse prevention space.Sanya truly believes that Diversification in one’s career is the mark of a multi-faceted individual. She began her career as a litigation lawyer and worked in courts with senior litigators for 4 years.
