Claim your profileSamantha Schnurr is a Gracie Award-winning multimedia journalist with 10 years of experience in entertainment news, covering pop culture, fashion, and beauty for the most notable media brands in the business. Currently, she is the senior assignment editor for Entertainment Tonight online. Previously, Samantha worked as a digital editor for E! News, writing and assigning content on all the need-to-know entertainment news of the day, reporting from New York Fashion Week, and covering every award show and tentpole event on the calendar. She spearheaded the exclusive digital profile series, Tales From the Top, for which she produced interviews with the likes of Hoda Kotb, Mindy Kaling, Alex Cooper, and many more prolific women in Hollywood. Formerly at NBC's Washington Bureau, she juggled a variety of roles, including White House weekend producer, overnight assignment desk editor, MSNBC planning producer and production assistant for NBC’s Nightly News. Samantha has worked in both editorial and television production throughout her career. In 2013, she was a producer for Celebrity Corner, an entertainment talk show hosted by celebrity expert, Dorothy Cascerceri, which aired to markets in Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York. As a journalism student at George Washington University's School of Media and Public Affairs, her content could be found on websites like The Glamazon Diaries and HerCampus as well as Italian lifestyle website, Ulaola, where she worked while studying in Milan, Italy. In 2014, Samantha won the Gracie Award for Outstanding Soft News Feature after producing the documentary, Plus Size: The New Normal.
