“It isn't what we say or think that defines us, but what we do.”My internship at the local station in Jacksonville, Florida helped me grow professionally in the news industry and I aim to combine my passion for news reporting and storytelling to contribute to my news station’s goals and objectives. Storytelling is a part of who I am both on and off camera but throughout my time at Florida State I was able to focus on my creative side of writing. I am now able to apply those skills to tell meaningful and impactful stories in my community.
