I look after the climate science coverage at Carbon Brief, a multiple award-winning website focused on climate and energy journalism. My role involves writing, commissioning and editing everything from in-depth explainers and guest articles to rapid factchecks and newsletters.I previously worked as an environmental scientist at the consultancy firm Atkins, where I focused on climate change impacts and adaptation (particularly regarding water resources). I hold an MEng in mechanical engineering from the University of Warwick and an MSc in climate change from the University of East Anglia. I am a Chartered Scientist (C.Sci), Chartered Water and Environment Manager (C.WEM) and member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Managers (MCIWEM). I am also a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society (FRMetS).
