In 2016, I founded Coherent Market Insights (CMI) in Pune with a mission to empower businesses through market intelligence and business intelligence to educate them on growth pockets. With a strategic roadmap, today, CMI is a global consulting firm with a presence in the US, UK, and Japan, supporting clients across 32+ countries and 15+ industries, and is currently valued at USD 40 million. With over a decade in consulting, I’ve led 4,950+ client engagements, helping businesses in B2B, B2C, and D2C sectors make data-driven decisions on go-to-market planning, competitive positioning, pricing, and growth strategy. I also serve as Principal Business Strategist at CMI, leading initiatives that uncover sustainable growth opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes. Beyond CMI, I consult for a leading Indian hyperlocal services platform, advising on pricing models and expansion.
