Claim your profileI’m an award-winning journalist with more than 15 years of experience reporting on technology across two of the world’s largest internet markets: the United States and India. I currently cover Meta for Business Insider, focusing on the company’s AI ambitions, internal dynamics, business strategy, regulatory challenges, and more. From 2016 to 2023, I was a technology correspondent for BuzzFeed News. My work explored how Silicon Valley’s products and policies shaped the culture, politics, and lives of more than a billion people in South Asia. I later relocated to the US to report from Silicon Valley after spending a year at Harvard University as a Nieman Fellow. In 2019, I received Syracuse University’s Mirror Award for Excellence in Media Industry Reporting and was a finalist again in 2021. Earlier in my career, I reported and edited at some of India’s largest national publications, including the Hindustan Times, where I helped lead technology coverage.
