Claim your profileI am a British-born broadcast journalist and a naturalized American. Based in Los Angeles, I work as a correspondent for BBC television, radio and digital outlets. I cover everything from US politics and world affairs to technology, natural disasters and Hollywood. I am also the founder of HealthSpan Media, an independent production company telling the stories and explaining the science behind human longevity. I host the Live Long and Master Aging (LLAMA) podcast where I interview leading longevity scientists and some remarkable people who have mastered the art of aging. As a self-experimenter into healthy aging, I am interested in the rapidly growing field of longevity research and the lifestyle interventions that could optimize our healthspan - the number of years we enjoy good health and vitality.
