Claim your profileI am a cookbook author and critic. My first book, The Austin Cookbook, was published by Abrams in 2018. I also work with chefs, food professionals, and publications as a recipe developer and cookbook co-author. My newsletter, Stained Page News, discusses the cookbook world in-depth with an enthusiastic audience of over 10,000 readers. I am currently an Executive Committee member for the 2023 IACP Cookbook Awards.I have over 15 years of experience producing digital content, with a specialty in food and drinks writing and editing. I have written for some of the biggest names out there, including Texas Monthly, Eater, Epicurious, Bon Appetit, and many more. My areas of expertise include cookbooks, restaurants, home cooking, cocktails, and Texas food and travel.
