As part of a report on rewarding stellar performance in the work world, I'm writing a story on the classic performance review process. Is it outdated? Younger workers desire more frequent feedback, and Ken Lloyd, author of "Performance Appraisals & Phrases for Dummies," says workers are also more interested in "feed-forward" -- strategies looking ahead rather than behind. I don't necessarily need to interview sources on this, but I can. Alternatively, share your thoughts in a detailed response as to what today's performance review structure should look like and how it differs from the performance reviews of 20 or even 10 years ago.
