Nearly 15 years ago, I stepped off of a plane in NYC with one suitcase and an unpaid internship lined up to pursue my writing career (cliché I know). Since then, my love for writing and my passion for women's health and lifestyle content has grown far wider than I could have ever imagined. Over the last 12 years, I’ve developed a deep understanding for a wide array of health topics like sleep, nutrition, and children’s health and an even deeper understanding of topics like pregnancy, fertility, general women’s health, and mental health.
