Octavio Sequera is a Bilingual Journalist, with more than 15 years of experience, covering international sports events around the World. Such events include : Olympics Games at Beijing 2008, 2 World Series of Major League Baseball, 2 NBA Finals, Super Bowl 2014, National Championship of College Football, and the 2010 FIFA'S World Cup in South Africa. In his native country, Venezuela, he started as a production assistant and eventually develop his skills as a writer, reporter and anchor In 2011, Mr. Sequera and his family decided to moved to The United States of America, where he begin to work as a Sports Correspondent for Latin America. A year after, he became part of the Staff of VAMOS Deportes, where he has his own show : VAMOS BEISBOL. Currently and since May of 2012, Octavio Sequera works as Sportscaster/Senior Writer for Espn Deportes Miami Mr. Sequera is one of ONLY seven Venezuelan journalists, with the enough talent, experience and knowledge, required to be a member of the BASEBALL WRITER'S ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (BBWAA)
