Claim your profileI’m currently the weekend sports anchor and reporter at WHBF in Rock Island, Illinois. With six years of experience in the industry, I have developed a strong foundation in live coverage, feature storytelling, and in-depth reporting.Throughout my career, I’ve covered some of the biggest moments in sports, from the PGA Tour’s John Deere Classic to multiple FCS National Championships in Frisco, Texas. Whether I’m in the field reporting, anchoring in the studio, or crafting engaging sports stories through editing, my passion for storytelling remains at the core of my work. Before my time in the Quad Cities, I worked my way up to sports director at KVRR in Fargo, where I led coverage of local and regional sports, produced compelling human-interest features, and delivered engaging live broadcasts. My journey in sports journalism began at the University of Kansas, where I gained hands-on experience covering KU athletics through MidcoSN Kansas. I further sharpened my skills through internships with NBC Sports at the Rio Olympics, Real Salt Lake, and KUTV in Salt Lake City.
