Hi there, I'm Natalie!I am currently the staff writer with Outdoor News, Minnesota. I joined the Outdoor News editorial team after a three-year stint as the community editor at the Forest Lake Times in Forest Lake, Minnesota. I was covering the school district and Columbus City Council beats routinely at the Forest Lake Times. Additionally, I oversaw the community section of the newspaper, keeping my ear to the ground to highlight what's going on around the area.Prior to my full-time roles out of college, I was an editorial intern with 10 Missions Media in St. Paul, and with Greenspring Media in Bloomington during my fall and spring semesters, respectively.I received my professional journalism degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, after attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for two years where I got my first taste of the journalism industry working for the school paper.
