I am a multi award-winning science journalist, filmmaker and team leader, with a track record of finding original, interesting stories that appeal to a mass audience. I'm now working in the BBC Studios commissioning team as a science/health correspondent, presenting and producing a digital health video series and fronting a weekly newsletter, as well as ensuring digital-TV cross-pollination for regularly recurring TV strands. In 15 years at the BBC I have worked on national live TV News, digital video and features and produced and reported for radio. I led the BBCs most successful global video features team with year-on-year video growth winning numerous industry awards for short and long-form digital and TV content. I am a New America/Jacob's foundation fellow of the Learning Science Exchange, a first-of-its-kind prestigious fellowship launched to spark new ideas and breakthrough approaches for communicating the insights of early learning.
