I just started a new role as special projects producer for WJZ CBS Baltimore. Previously I worked as a lifestyle producer at KMOV First Alert 4 in St. Louis. I also shot, wrote & edited feature pieces and previously produced the noon & 5 p.m. weekday newscasts.I previously worked in Fort Wayne, Indiana and produced ABC21 11 p.m. weekday newscasts. There I also shot, edited & wrote long form features.I graduated with a Bachelors degree from Ball State University, where I studied journalism & telecommunications: news concentration with a travel and tourism minor. I reported, produced and anchored for Ball State's award winning nightly news television broadcast, NewsLink Indiana. I held positions at NewsLink my entire college career. I also worked for the Ball State Daily News as a member of the video team. I created online content as well as wrote articles for the paper. I served as the secretary of Ball State University's chapter of The Society of Professional Journalists. I also helped plan Ball State's annual film festival, Frog Baby Film Festival, for three years. I served as the event committee chair for two of those years.
