I have worked as a general news reporter for local newspapers and as a business and financial correspondent and editor for a variety of daily and weekly national newspapers (The Sunday Times, Sunday Herald), magazines, news websites (Handelsblatt Global Edition) and trade titles. I have also worked for a specialist title covering European Union politics and policy development (European Voice, now renamed Politico Europe) and worked in external communications for the European Commission.
