Since 2013 I have been charged with revamping and driving the residential property content for independent.ie / the Irish Independent - Ireland's biggest online news resource and also its best selling daily newspaper.My responsibilities also include mainstream news, analysis and opinion writing on the property market for independent.ie, the Irish Independent and other print outlets in the group.I devised, compiled and launched the annual "How Much Is Your House Worth?"​ survey for independent.ie/the Irish Independent which is issued in January and values every home in Ireland.- I have 24 years experience on the staff of leading Irish national newspapers/online news outlets - 18 years spent at department editor level.- Trained in SEO and online marketing strategy under Francesco Gagliardi, current vendor operations leader in Italy and Greece for Google. - Four Irish media awards with three short listings including one for the Irish business journalist of the year 2012.- Until September 2013, I was a stakeholder in Mernagh Communications, Ireland's leading healthcare media consultancy, where I devised and tailored media strategy and output for a range of organisations mostly in the medicare field. At the same time I contributed daily to the business, news and opinion/comment content of independent.ie/ the Irish Independent.- I have conceived, launched and managed/driven four successful supplements/magazines for leading Irish Sunday newspapers as well as three highly successful annual circulation/revenue generating projects.
