After years of being a public speaker, I began working on the sales side of a professional dog training company in 2008. I had no sales training, experience or knowledge of dog training. But I did have the drive and the passion to learn everything I could about sales, marketing, and more importantly, dog behavior and training. My primary focus has always been on achieving measurable outcomes for a company while delivering first-rate customer service. I am able to manage multiple organizational functions, including financial, operational, administrative, and community engagement. I am highly motivated and adept in active listening, relationship building, and effective communication, showcasing strong interpersonal skills. My high emotional intelligence drives my commitment to supporting others. I am proficient in developing and implementing strategies that ensure business growth. My sales and marketing expertise is complemented by a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives. At Crimson K9 Dog Training, I have consistently closed roughly 70% of my consultations (sales appointments).
