Claim your profileAfter more than 20 years as a print reporter, working in newspapers across the country, I have taken my career in a new and exciting direction. I am now a Senior Reporter at WKBW 7 News in Buffalo, an opportunity made possible through E.W. Scripps' Journalism Journey Initiative. I'm thrilled to be able to build on my experience in reporter and learn a whole new field as a multi-media journalist. Even better, I get to continue to report in Buffalo, which has been home to me and my family since 2005. Previously, I was chief of the breaking news and public safety team at The Buffalo news where I led a group of reporters in covering the most important news of the day. I reported, wrote and edited stories about some of Buffalo's most historic moments, from the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic to the racist massacre at the Tops supermarket on Buffalo East Side and the once-in-a-generation Blizzard of 2022.
