As a Supervising Producer at Business Insider, I lead a team of eight talented producers on our video editorial team, overseeing the creation, optimization, and distribution of engaging and informative content for various digital platforms. I have more than five years of experience in journalism and digital media, with a passion for storytelling and innovation. I am the showrunner of two top-performing series across YouTube and Snapchat Discover: Refurbished and Deep Cleaned, both of which average around three million views per episode. I am responsible for developing new video formats and production workflows, managing and hiring freelancers, planning and adjusting publishing schedules, and contributing to growth strategies for the shows and the brands. I also provide mentorship, feedback, and training to new and existing producers, and collaborate with other team leads and senior management on editorial and operational matters. I am always looking for new ways to enhance the quality and reach of our content, and to empower our team to achieve their full potential.
