Madison Muller is a health-care reporter for Bloomberg News in New York, where she covers some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Most recently, she’s covered the rise of weight-loss drugs like Wegovy and Zepbound and how their popularity is reshaping economies, medicine and culture. She has a bachelor's degree and master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Before joining Bloomberg, she worked on long-term investigations as a fellow at The Washington Post. Her work has appeared in Rolling Stone, The Intercept, WBEZ and more. As a student at Medill, Madison won the Harrington Award for subject depth reporting, the school’s highest award for graduate students.
