A journalist and reporter for over a decade, I am now overseeing a new team at BBC Sport known as Football Habit. I have line management responsibilities within our small team, which has been built with the clear objective of making BBC Sport users return to the site/app more frequently each week.This requires data, insights, collaboration and decision making based on our findings. We also have the challenge of covering 20 Premier League clubs with a small amount of resource and so finding solutions and routes to progress is at the heart of this role.I have previously reported for BBC Sport from an Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and over 45 world title boxing matches.Away from the workplace I have grown a small property portfolio and enjoy actively investing in UK/US equities.
