I deliver my forecast in a timely, clear, and unique way that really engages with viewers. I have an outgoing personality and an infectious energy level both on and off-air. I’m willing to take on any task and am excellent at multitasking and quickly switching priorities. I have great people skills and am a master at networking. I’ve covered all types of weather, including tornado outbreaks in Mississippi, ice/snow storms in Missouri, and am a constant during severe and winter weather coverage. I have a strong passion for weather and for learning more about it. I don’t think there is ever a stopping point when you choose a career in this field. I believe it’s naïve to think that, so you can be assured, I’ll be willing to take that extra step needed for your weather department to succeed and be the best. I believe in strong relationships with Emergency Managers, the local National Weather Service Office, and Public Safety Officers. This way, during breaking weather, their information will come in a timely manner and improve in our coverage. This is why I’m an active member and strong advocate of the Integrated Warning Team Steering Committee with our local National Weather Service. I hold two Bachelor’s Degrees; Broadcast Meteorology and Environmental Science with emphasis in public speaking and communications. I will graduate with my master's in Emergency Management from Millersville University with a Space Weather certificate in May 2025. Also, I’m a member of the American Meteorological Society.
