Studied abroad in Florence, focusing on art history, and in Accra, Ghana, where my capstone piece on community radio stations was nominated for a Hearst Award for Enterprise Reporting. Trained in acting and improv under the iconic Marsha Mason before beginning my career as a news content curator for Snapchat. Moved from New York to Los Angeles to work as a Talent & Travel Coordinator at The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where I supported guests including Oprah, Tom Hanks, Mindy Kaling, and Ted Danson -- who fondly coined the nickname "Libby from Little Rock." After two seasons, returned to New York to attend Columbia Journalism School, finishing third in my class and earning a Pulitzer Traveling Fellowship. Then spent five years at ABC News, where I published more than 800 bylined stories and covered the campaign trail as a reporter and producer. My work was featured in the Hulu docuseries "Power Trip" from George Stephanopoulos. Most recently, I served as an on-air politics reporter at CBS News, delivering live national coverage and creating digital content viewed by millions.
