Laura's work has not only informed and engaged millions of viewers, but has also made an impact. Her stories for CBS and NBC have led to congressional legislation, a historic FTC settlement, new federal policies, and arrests of perpetrators. She has also received prestigious honors for her work, including an Emmy Award, a Dupont Award, a Gracie, a Goldsmith Prize finalist and Sigma Delta Chi Awards. She is an expert in telling powerful, visual stories. Laura holds a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Gettysburg College.
