My strong love for sports and a passion for media has led to a career aspiration in Sports Journalism, whether it is writing long-form articles, or producing content for broadcast media.That passion was fulfilled in my former roles with New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME), working for Newstalk ZB and the New Zealand Herald as a Sports Journalist.In February 2022 I took on a new challenge at The Platform, a startup media company in New Zealand. I work as a Senior Sport Producer, putting together Martin Devlin’s afternoon radio show on weekdays. It’s a role that continues to enhance my journalistic abilities and radio skillset.I graduated from AUT in 2018 with a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Journalism and minoring in Radio Production.
