I get to direct and work with the talented writers, editors and video teams and plot strategy for continued online success with colleagues at other IDG publications and across the industry. As online journalism has evolved, so have I, learning how best to educate and inform readers and viewers about the intricacies of technology and its effects -- and how best to present that information and data online and in video. (I hosted a regular video show/podcast that looked at and explained often-complex technology.) I like leading a team to excellence, both individual and shared. It sounds like a lot of work, but it's not. It's still fun.
