I'm an experienced editor and journalist who is skilled at storytelling in all mediums — including written words, audio and video. I take pride in my attention to detail when editing stories and ensuring they both align with our magazine's style and provide significant value for the reader. In my time at SPW, I've continued to innovate and propose new projects and special sections to further set our publication apart from others. I've synthesized deeply technical information on solar components to produce educational and intriguing stories for our audience of solar installers and developers. I was also responsible for starting up our magazine's focused coverage of the many policy issues that impact the solar industry. My curiosity drew me to journalism in the first place. I enjoy interviewing people and learning new things, and I'm dedicated to seeking out diverse voices to help tell stories from different angles.
