Hi, my name is Kathleen Joyce and I am the Deputy Managing Editor of Production for the New York Post. I have been working in the media industry for 10 years and have worn many hats over the course of my professional career. I started my career as a ticker writer covering world and national news. I then became a breaking news reporter where I covered all that was happening from pop culture news to the U.S. elections. From there I went to The U.S. Sun and focused on audience development and SEO. I was promoted twice during my employment with the company.This is a demanding field but I am always up for the challenge and I love a fast-paced environment. I also have a sharp eye for editing while helping others format their sentences better and guiding them to make their copy tighter and easier to read. I studied at LIU Post for my undergrad with a focus in journalism.
