I am an independent Executive Coach providing individual coaching, Executive Team facilitation and collaborative consultancy in the design of leadership programmes. My focus areas are: - Leadership and collaboration in and across multi-cultural teams - Coaching and mentoring within Business School and corporate executive education programmes - Leadership and influencing skills for experts, specialists and senior managers in the professions My clients are global organisations headquartered in China, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, UAE and USA. I bring research-based and first-hand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges, unique and shared, of leading in these environments. My sector experience spans luxury, banking, professional services, FMCG, energy, telecom, retail, NGO, recruitment, hospitality and airline. I coach to support individual development such as transitions into a new role or new country, and to support large organisational changes – often at the same time! My approach is values-centred, strengths-based and customised to the situations that define and influence the client’s results. As a former Service Strategy consultant I pay keen attention to the customer experience – the client’s own and that of the customers of their business. I believe in self-awareness and conscious choice as fundamental to the impact of leaders. When appropriate, I draw from diagnostics including personality profiling, traditional and newer forms of 360 feedback, team profiling, strengths-based assessments, leadership derailment potential, emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and clarification of values and identity. My professional interest lies in the application of cultural anthropology, cross cultural psychology and moral philosophy to leaders and institutions. Having lived in eight countries I currently work across Europe and Asia. I have an eclectic family background and a proud Anglo-Indian heritage.
