As a former student-athlete at the University of Virginia and professional tennis player, I have picked up numerous skills that I apply in my everyday life and professional career. My competitive spirit and diligence have pushed me to achieve tasks at the highest level and do whatever it takes to produce the best work, normally under pressure. Time management is a skill I’ve developed for 10+ years as my busy lifestyle has required me to multitask. I’ve competed in countries across the globe starting at a young age, which has challenged me, opened my eyes, and educated me in so many avenues of life. Effectively, I apply my firsthand insight and experience to my media reporting, both on-air and written, which adds a unique perspective to my work. I recognize the importance of teamwork, creativity, and communication to the highest degree and believe I could make an immediate impact in any environment I immerse myself in.
