Before joining The Hill, she was a reporter for FDAnews' Drug Industry Daily, where she covered all things FDA and pharmaceutical industry, including drug approvals and key legislative actions on Capitol Hill. Williams is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Journalism cum laude. While at the University of Arizona, she was a Don Bolles Fellow covering the Arizona legislature and a reporting Apprentice at the Arizona Daily Star. She previously served as a reporting intern at The Cancer Letter, where she covered cancer research policy.
