Claim your profileI am a writer, editor, and recent graduate of the University of Oxford now based in England. Most recently, I graduated with a distinction from the MSc program in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance. The year prior, I graduated with a distinction in the MSt in Comparative Literature and Critical Translation with a focus on Portuguese and English-language literatures. I speak fluent English, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and conversational Chinese, and hold an AB degree in Spanish & Portuguese from Princeton University with certificates in Journalism, Creative Writing (Literary Translation), Environmental Studies and Latin American Studies (with a focus on Brazilian Studies). My journalistic works have been published in The New York Times, Reuters, The Nation, and TIME, among other places. I have been spending summers with Reuters' Brazil bureau for two years, most recently helping with election coverage with on-the-ground reporting in São Paulo, Salvador and Recife. I am well-versed in environmental issues—including environmental justice, energy, sustainable finance—and am keen to find opportunities in the environmental sector in addition to journalism and publishing.I am an avid reader and writer in the creative non-fiction and fiction genres, with a bent towards experimenting with multilingual and multi-place texts. At Oxford, I edit and commission work at the web-only literary magazine The Oxonian Review (https://oxonianreview.com/), and I am currently at work on a fiction project.
