Hi! Namaste :) I am an account executive at the Orlando Weekly, a certified yoga instructor, and a freelance writer. Additionally, I am a creative and hardworking young professional focused on growing in the fields of SEO, content writing, public relations, marketing, and the music/entertainment industry. I hold strong written and oral communication skills with a passion for music and health. I have had (and still have!) the incredible and unique opportunity to work at many Orlando staples including the Orlando Weekly and The Plaza Live. Being on both sides of the market, first as the media buyer, and currently as an account executive, I've learned many valuable techniques in the industry including managing and working with tight budgets and creating effective multi-media campaigns. I freelanced at Pink Sneakers Productions as a Casting Associate and Post Production Assistant. I learned many skills in Final Cut Pro and video editing, as well as casting for TV shows and post production duties. I have an extensive background in the music industry having worked at Cox Media Group for more than four years. There, I worked on radio station branding, promotions, marketing and wrote daily blogs for station websites. I also became familiar with the studio side of broadcast as a producer for the Bubba the Love Sponge Morning Show. During my time as a producer I managed the board operations for the live broadcasts as well as live remotes. As a content writer and editor at Blaze SEO, a marketing division of Newsome Law Firm, I wrote creative and unique copy for the company websites as well as worked toward a more favorable company search engine result. During my time there, our keyword searches on Google jumped from the ninth spot to number two, a big accomplishment in the SEO world!
