I am a writer, copy editor, assigning editor, page designer, reporter, proofreader and social media promoter. Over 20 years in newsrooms, I’ve pretty much done it all. Outside the day job, I’m a creative writer and blogger. I love to create and tell stories. I’ve done freelance editing and webpage design. Balancing all that with family time – oh, and sleeping – means I’ve also honed the skills of multitasking and organization. No matter what I’m doing, my goal is the same: to inform and inspire, and to have a positive impact on people’s lives.
