I have also ensured AWCape has been a platinum Sage business partner for 4 years running for both HRP and ERP. Sales being almost 300% since joining. Created a new business unit: Integration and Automation to unlock value for clients across their entire business process across all their systems. Successfully transitioned business from local ownership to US firm owned Lescault & Walderman. I am responsible for building and implementing the strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the board's vision, mission, and long-term goals. I have over 24 years of experience in financial services and technology, and I am also a CFA charterholder and a certified Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist.My core skills include leadership, business development, solution architecture, strong financial and technical skills, business process re-engineering, AI, machine learning, and project management.
