I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Media and a focus on print journalism. In my studies, I developed proficiency in Microsoft Office, Wordpress, Adobe InDesign, Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro. I have five years of reporting experience, most recently as the business reporter for The Norman Transcript and Norman Magazine since 2020. On the biz and community beats, I report on stories pertaining to trends, small businesses, government, real estate, the arts and local organizations. In my free time, I like to play the piano, drums and my acoustic guitar.
