Unofficially -or rather, by hitting the key, questions and tape recorder-, I have dedicated myself to writing about environmental and gastronomic issues in recent years. I am currently working as a writer and editor at Ethic magazine. Before that, I worked at La Vanguardia and El Mundo and collaborated with media outlets such as Buena Vida magazine (El País). I am passionate about reading, doing sports and enjoying culture in all of its forms.
