I recently graduated from Northwestern University, where I studied Journalism and Gender and Sexuality Studies. While at Northwestern, I worked for The Daily Northwestern, serving as editor in chief and covering topics like labor, activism and local politics. Through my journalism internships, I have worked in major metropolitan areas covering local and national issues and working on breaking news, daily reporting, and long-form investigations. I love all kinds of reporting and hope to always keep learning.I have loved storytelling for my whole life and I'm very passionate about journalism. I believe what we write has power and impact. As a journalist, I am committed to fairly and accurately representing my sources and to serving my community. When I'm not writing, you can find me reading, baking, playing with my cat or dancing.
