Claim your profileCurrently serving as Chief Meteorologist for KVUE-TV in Austin, TX. Prior to arriving at KVUE, I spent 2.5 years in Macon, GA. I’m originally from Birmingham, AL. I grew up very interested in severe weather, and always hoping for a southern snow storm. The super outbreak of April 27th, 2011 was a driving factor in pursuing meteorology as a career. I got my degree in meteorology from Penn State University, and I am a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist through the American Meteorological Society.
