Claim your profileI am currently a producer overseeing content for both ESPN’s domestic and international platforms. This involves game broadcasts with millions of viewers on a regular basis, maintaining international business client relationships with bilingual communication abilities, and bridging any cultural or language gap to navigate the American landscape to deliver for said clientele. My experience as a regular NBA reporter helps in determining how best to maximize with what’s available for content. My cultural awareness helps me approach things from a multi-pronged perspective to help make things work for all sides involved. I also have a background as a digital/social media engagement specialist. What this entails is how to take any marketing/promotional conceits to the next level in terms of exposure. Using SEO/keyword concepts, posts are carefully crafted on multiple platforms using various methods to optimize awareness and conversion through the funnel and have helped achieve sizeable growth in following and engagement as supported with data. In my spare time, I created and handle the @AAJATexas Instagram as well as @AAJAsports Twitter, both parts of the Asian American Journalists Association - an organization that is near and dear to my heart to help increase diversity in the industry and to help encourage more to go for and achieve their dream professions.
