Hello! I’m a working class journalist from England’s fabulous second city, Birmingham. After I completed my MA in Magazine Journalism at Cardiff University in 2017, I dove into the world of magazine writing.Currently, I’m a Features Writer at Take a Break Magazine – the UK’s best selling woman’s weekly title. Before joining the Take a Break team in December 2019, I was the editor of the British Journal of Healthcare Management. A monthly peer-reviewed journal where I flexed my sub-editing and commissioning muscles for two and a half years. I have also written for a number of sites and magazines on the side, including: Lonely Planet Traveller, Film Stories, MagCulture, Money Magpie and The Royston Crow. Now, I’m the proud creator of my monthly newsletter: the book report.
