Claim your profileI’m an Australian journalist based in Italy with over 15 years of experience in television news. For the past six years abroad, I've had the privilege of working as a freelance correspondent for prominent networks such as ITV, PBS, CGTN, and SABC, as well as major Australian channels including Nine, Seven, Ten, and SBS.I have reported on a range of political, economic and cultural stories across Italy. Notable assignments have included in-depth reporting on Italy’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the election of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and the pivotal G20 and G7 Summits. I’ve also had the opportunity to sit down for one-on-one interviews with notable figures such as MotoGP Champion Francesco Bagnaia and renowned designer Brunello Cucinelli. My work has also taken me to the frontlines of environmental crises, including wildfires and droughts, where I provided firsthand coverage of these national emergencies. Before moving abroad, I held key roles as a national news presenter and reporter in Australia. At Network Seven I presented on Australia’s leading breakfast program as well as morning, afternoon, and evening news bulletins.I also worked at Ten News Sydney and Melbourne as a presenter and reporter, where I played an active role in editorial meetings to shape the daily agenda and produced national and international news segments. In the early stages of my career, I gained valuable experience working at regional television and radio stations across New South Wales, and I was awarded an internship with the ABC as part of my Media/Communications distinction degree at Sydney University. I have extensive experience in reporting, live broadcasting, and conducting in-depth interviews, all while upholding the highest standards of journalistic integrity and compelling storytelling. I thrive in the dynamic and ever-changing world of news, and I'm eager to contribute to impactful projects that inform and engage audiences.2023 Showreel: "A snapshot of the last two years in four minutes - from prime ministerial elections, to droughts, fires and landslides to interviews with Moto GP champion #francescobagnaia designer #BrunelloCucinelli and Princess #BoncompagniLudovisi - it's been a whirlwind!"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhRGMQLSct8&list=PLdTwMsCBEZJ109yLNyJ4ltSS6fAFCGqJk
