Claim your profileI’m a political reporter and author who covers the governor's office and state politics for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. I write for the AJC, contribute to the Political Insider blog and morning Jolt newsletter, co-host the Politically Georgia podcast at 10 a.m. on WABE every weekday and am a frequent guest on local and national TV and radio programs. I’m an MSNBC and NBC News contributor and the author of "Flipped," a book on how Georgia became the nation’s premier battleground state. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Georgia with degrees in journalism and political science and Axios named me the "most dedicated" Bulldog fan at the 2023 national championship game.
