I am about to start a 6-month attachment as BBC Wales’s Westminster Correspondent having done a similar role for three months before Christmas 2021. I am also part of Radio 5 Live’s 6 Nations commentary team. I have covered major events both in the UK and around the world - the covid pandemic; The Duke of Edinburgh’s death; General and Senedd Elections; Euro 2016; Olympic and Commonwealth Games; Rugby World Cups and Six Nations. Away from Westminster and sport I present BBC Radio Wales Drive - the daily news programme from 1700 to 1830. Before moving to BBC News in 2012 I was the presenter of BBC Wales's flagship TV rugby programme Scrum V. I also host conferences and chair discussions. I was host for the 2017 Sport Resolutions Conference which featured Tyler Hamilton, Dame Tanni Grey Thompson and Kelly Sotherton and have chaired events for Sport Wales.
