Hi! My name is Eming. I am currently an Editor at Smart Meetings Magazine, where I write on a range of topics (accessibly, diversity, cybersecurity, Gen Z, event engagement etc. I also produce Smart Meetings monthly podcast: What One Thing? I have been working in media since I was 18 years old. In the beginning of my career, I worked for New America Media / YO! Youth Outlook as a multimedia reporter, and eventually would become Managing Editor of YO! Magazine. Prior to leaving NAM I worked on the education beat. After leaving NAM, I got my MFA in Editing Motion Picture and Television Production and started working with Galileo Camps to offer my knowledge on filmmaking to the next generation of potential filmmakers. For the past 5 years I have been creating independent podcast content. I was also a Maynard Institute Fellow in 2022.
