Claim your profileI am a Glasgow-based journalist and researcher specialising in climate accountability. Currently serving as a Reporter at DeSmog, a leading non-profit climate news outlet, where I investigate the role of advertising and public relations firms in creating and disseminating climate disinformation. My work has been published in DeSmog, The Guardian, and E24. I am also pursuing an MSc in Environment and Development at the University of Edinburgh, focussing on the intersections between global development agendas, climate change, and social and environmental justice. In 2024, I received a SEAL Environmental Journalism Award and I was selected as a member of the sixth cohort of the Oxford Climate Journalism Network at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism. From 2021 to 2023, I served as Senior Reporter at The Drum, a trade publication for the marketing industry, where I covered corporate sustainability and greenwashing. In 2022, I was recognised in Forbes as one of 43 individuals transforming advertising for climate action. At The Drum, I also spearheaded coverage of labour rights, diversity, equity and inclusion, and mental health initiatives.
